When asked about Russia attacking an American company in Ukraine, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said they never attack without good intelligence that a site is producing military equipment for Ukraine. When NBC reporter Kristen Welker asked if he was confirming the attack, Lavrov said, "You should be professor in Soviet universities because you twisted very interestingly what I said."
