A youth was killed and two others injured after a junior engineer with Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) allegedly opened fire at several persons in Ganda Singh Wala area on Majitha road here following a minor altercation over a car parking issue late Tuesday night. The deceased has been identified as Vicky, a resident of Ganda Singh Wala.
