A 24-year-old clothing salesman, Bobby Gautam, was fatally stabbed during a Ganesh immersion procession in Meerut on Saturday night. A live video of the attack, showing him being stabbed with knives, has surfaced on social media. He succumbed to his injuries while receiving treatment at a private hospital. Police have registered cases against two accused, who are currently on run.
