YouTuber Muhammad Shaheen Shah, who was arrested in an attempt to murder case, was sent to a mental care facility in Thrissur hospital after he allegedly experienced distress since his hair was cut inside the jail. An official said his hair was cut according to protocol. Shaheen was arrested for allegedly attempting to run over college students with a car.
