Awami League (AL) General Secretary Obaidul Quader said that Bangladesh's interim government chief Muhammad Yunus considers India and the Awami League under the leadership of ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina as his two main enemies. Commenting on the protests that broke out in Bangladesh in August 2024, Quader stated that they were not spontaneous but part of a foreign-backed conspiracy.
