Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov accused Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of playing a "game" by demanding a meeting with President Vladimir Putin, accusing Zelenskyy of performing theatrics. Lavrov said Russia is open to talks but stressed any deal must be signed by a legitimate Ukrainian representative. He also accused Ukraine's European allies of prolonging the conflict.
