Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has rejected his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin's offer to hold peace talks in Moscow, calling it a manoeuver to cause diplomatic delay and avoid meaningful dialogue. "If meeting with Zelenskyy is well prepared, then I'm ready...Let him come to Moscow," Putin had said. Notably, Zelenskyy had rejected a similar offer last month, as per reports.
