Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah criticised the PM Narendra Modi-led NDA government on completing 11 years at the Centre, saying, "Zero marks." He accused PM Modi of not fulfilling his own earlier demand, made as Gujarat CM, for 50% tax devolution to states. "Injustice has been done to Karnataka," he said, adding, "When we ask BJP...they say we're indulging in slandering."
