A video has surfaced showing a Zomato delivery boy who fell into a drain with his two-wheeler while delivering an order and lost his phone. Locals were seen helping the executive get out of the drain. Telangana Gig and Platform Workers' Union demanded compensation from Zomato, saying, "This isn't about ₹10-15 bonus- it's about whether a worker returns home alive."
