Assam Higher Education Minister Ranoj Pegu on Tuesday said that the state government will open a portal through which organisations and institutions can apply to obtain ashes of late singer Zubeen Garg. "If the remains are available after providing them to the organisations and there are individual applicants also, the department will look into it," Pegu added.
