Zydus Wellness Ltd (ZWL) has entered global markets by acquiring UK-based Comfort Click Ltd (CCL) for about ₹2,500 crore plus a profit ticker. The deal, executed via Alidac UK Ltd, marks ZWL’s first overseas acquisition and expands its presence in the fast-growing Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS) segment.
