A man was arrested in Rabale area of Navi Mumbai for allegedly raping a woman in a lodge after spiking her drink, a police official said on Monday, reported PTI. The suspect was identified as Fardin Samir Khan, a resident of Mumbra in Thane district of Maharashtra, the police official said.
