Condé Nast, parent company of Vogue announced ban on "new animal fur in editorial content or advertising" across all its titles, including GQ, Vanity Fair and The New Yorker. The decision was influenced by nine-month-long campaign by Coalition to Abolish Fur Trade (CAFT). It involved protests outside Vogue editors' homes and demonstrations at magazine events in London and New York.
