Tata Capital's ₹15,512-crore IPO, the largest Indian IPO this year, opened for subscription on Monday. It includes a fresh issue of ₹6,846 crore and an OFS of ₹8,666 crore by promoter Tata Sons. Price band has been set at ₹310-326 per share, with a lot size of 46 shares, meaning retail investors need at least ₹14,260 to participate.
