US President Donald Trump suspended till April 2 the 25% tariffs he imposed on most goods from Canada and Mexico. The new development came as stock markets tumbled on Tuesday after the tariffs took effect. Trump said 25% tariffs on steel would be levied on March 12. Notably, Canada, Mexico and US are partners of a North American trade pact.
