A 15-year-old girl was forced to marry a 45-year-old man by her father in Chikkaballapur district of Karnataka. The marriage was conducted without the consent of the girl's mother, who was also threatened by her husband. The Chikkaballapur police is currently investigating the matter and has registered a case against those involved.
