Talking about Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in Bihar, Yogendra Yadav and Rahul Shastri said six lakh Muslims are excluded and 16 lakh women are missing from the final voter list. They stated that as many as 80 lakh potential voters are missing from the list. According to them, there are around 5.2 lakh duplicate entries in the list.
