In a shocking incident, a young man was hit by a speeding car and dragged for several kilometres while clinging to the bonnet in Uttar Pradesh’s Moradabad. The incident was captured on video by a biker following the car. The victim, who appeared to be a security guard, confronted the driver along with a crowd after the car finally stopped.
