At least 83 people have been killed as massive fire engulfed multiple high-rise residential towers in Hong Kong's northern Tai Po district, officials said. They added that some 76 people were injured, 15 in critical condition and 28 listed as serious, while many are still trapped in building. Authorities called it the city's worst disaster in 70 years.
