Mumbai kidnapper Rohit Arya, who held 17 children hostage, had told children's parents that he wanted to shoot a kidnapping scene for a short film and covered children's faces with tape, a police officer said. The officer stated that Arya then sent a video to one of the parents declaring that children had been held hostage.
