The car that exploded near the Red Fort in Delhi had changed four owners since 2014, and its current owner is a doctor from J&K's Pulwama, News18 reported. Despite being sold four times, none of the ownership transfers were formally updated in government records. Reportedly, the vehicle was captured on CCTV cameras at several locations in North Delhi on Monday.
