New Zealand has introduced some changes to visa and employment requirements to restructure immigration process and address labour shortages. The government has reduced the work experience criterion for immigrants from three to two years. Those applying under Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV), who wish to bring their children to New Zealand, need to have at least NZ$55,844 in annual earnings.
