Delhi Bar Council Chairman KK Manan told India Today that illegal immigrants deported from the US may not face legal action in India unless they travelled using fabricated documents. Another advocate, Kamlesh Mishra, said they won't face prosecution if they weren't convicted of any crimes there. Senior Advocate Atul Nanda said major countries may not give them visas now.
