Mongolian Ambassador to India Ganbold Dambajav praised Indians for speaking English fluently. "Some Indians speak English better than the British or Americans. One example is Dr Shashi Tharoor...I want to provide opportunity for each and every kid in Mongolia to study English...It took us around 20 years to get rid of this so-called communist heritage," Dambajav said.
