Veteran South Indian actress Tulasi, who appeared in over 300 films in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada cinema, announced her retirement. In a now-deleted post, she wrote, "In continuation of my Shirdi darshan this December 31, I wish myself happy retirement." She spoke about continuing her religious path and added, "Here's to enjoying every minute of your newfound freedom and adventures."
