US President Donald Trump's aide and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent blamed India and China for continuation of Russia-Ukraine war. "We're doing a lot on Russia, but the real culprits here have been China and India in terms of buying Russian oil. They're keeping the Russian war machine going," said Bessent. Trump aide Peter Navarro earlier called Russia war "Modi's war".
