A woman has sought ₹20-lakh compensation from Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) after stray dog attack. Using Punjab and Haryana High Court's 2023 judgement formula, she sought ₹12 lakh for 12cm wound as the court set a compensation of ₹20,000/0.2cm wound. Claiming the dog bit her with all 42 teeth, sought ₹10,000 per tooth mark based on the HC's judgement.
