PDP chief and ex-J&K CM Mehbooba Mufti cancelled her poll campaign on Sunday, saying she wanted to show "solidarity with the martyrs of Lebanon and Gaza especially Hassan [Nasrallah]". Mufti added, "We stand with the people of Palestine and Lebanon." Protests also erupted in the Union Territory against the killing of Nasrallah by Israel Defense Forces.
