Brookfield Asset Management-owned Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts plans to file draft papers for ₹5,000-crore IPO soon, Moneycontrol reported. The planned IPO will be the biggest in India's hotels sector. Brookfield bought four of Leela's assets in Delhi, Bengaluru, Udaipur and Chennai for ₹3,950 crore in 2019. The IPO won't include Leela Mumbai, which is already listed as Hotel LeelaVenture.
