US President-elect Donald Trump criticised outgoing President Joe Biden for the wildfires in California's Los Angeles that killed at least five people and destroyed several houses and buildings. "No water in the fire hydrants, no money in FEMA. This is what Biden is leaving me," he said. Trump added California Governor Gavin Newsom has contained "zero percent" of the fire.
