Malaysian authorities on Saturday said they have turned away two boats carrying nearly 300 Myanmar migrants after giving them food supplies and water. The migrants, believed to be Rohingya refugees, were found off the coast of the Malaysian resort island of Langkawi. Malaysian police detained 196 Rohingya refugees after their boat arrived at Langkawi on Friday.
