During a recent court hearing, late industrialist Sunjay Kapur's wife Priya Sachdev hit back at her mother-in-law, Rani Kapur. Priya claimed Rani continues to draw over ₹21 lakh from the company and have her personal expenses covered, just as they were when Sunjay was alive. Earlier, Rani had accused Priya of concealing the true extent of his wealth.
