Meta Platforms has expanded its AI-powered translations to five new Indian languages on Instagram and Facebook. The feature now allows AI translations of reels in Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Marathi. Earlier, creators could dub their Reels in English, Spanish, Hindi, and Portuguese. Additionally, creators will be able to style text and captions in Hindi, Marathi, Bengali and Assamese.
