A 22-year-old man from Delhi’s Shastri Nagar, who shared a video of firing bullets in the air "to become famous", has been arrested along with his father, in whose name the gun was registered. The police seized the pistol from their residence, stating that the arms licence had expired on October 1. Both have been booked under the Arms Act.
