Responding to questions raised over Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's (RSS) formal registration status, the organisation's chief Mohan Bhagwat said, "Many things are not registered- even Hindu Dharma is not registered." He said RSS has been banned thrice in the past and that's proof that the government has recognised it. "If we were not there, who did they ban?" he asked.
