PM Narendra Modi on Friday announced the Sudarshan Chakra mission to create powerful weapon system to thwart any attempt by enemies to attack India. He said the system will not only neutralise an enemy's attack but also strike back at enemy with many times greater force. "Its research, development...and manufacturing will be carried out within India," he added.
