Delhi car blast co-conspirator Jasir Wani was radicalised by the attack's mastermind, Dr Umar Nabi, to become a suicide bomber, said reports, citing NIA probe. Wani, however, reportedly refused to carry out the attack, saying suicide is forbidden in Islam. Dr Umar and Wani were reportedly working on a plan for serial suicide attacks across India for over a year.
