As many as 10 labourers are feared dead after they were swept away by Tons river amid rains in Dehradun. A video has surfaced online showing labourers on a tractor stranded in river. The tractor had overturned due to strong water current. The video also showed some people standing on banks of river, figuring out how to help stranded labourers.
