A man in Bengaluru was seen driving with three dogs on car roof without any harness or leash. A video of the incident showed the man abusing a fellow commuter when he stopped and questioned him about risking the dogs' lives. Reacting to the video, police said, "We have informed to concerned police officers for necessary action."
