Over 100 monkeys were killed after inhaling a pesticide sprayed at a food godown in Uttar Pradesh, following which the workers allegedly buried them in a pit to hide the bodies, police said. A case was filed against Food Corporation of India's employees. The chemical, aluminium phosphide, was sprayed on wheat sacks to protect them against insects, police added.
