A 56-year-old woman died while trying to avoid potholes in Bengaluru's Sarjapur after heavy rains. Mallika, who was riding pillion on husband's scooter, was hit by truck when the couple slowed down to negotiate through potholes. This is reportedly Bengaluru's first rain-related death this year. Meanwhile, Gandhi Krishi Vigyana Kendra compound wall adjacent to Judicial Layout collapsed due to rain.
