Bajaj Finance has announced plans to sell up to 2% stake in Bajaj Housing Finance to comply with the minimum public shareholding norms. The company has reportedly fixed a floor price of ₹95 per share for the deal, valuing the transaction at around ₹1,580 crore. Shares of Bajaj Housing Finance dipped 0.5% to ₹104.5 on Monday.
