BBC documentary "Gaza: How To Survive A War Zone" narrated by 13-year-old son of deputy minister of agriculture in Hamas-run government broke broadcasting rules, UK media regulator Ofcom said. It said the failure to disclose the position of the boy's father was "materially misleading". Earlier, BBC's director general had apologised, saying there was "a significant failing in relation to accuracy".
