China is building the Beijing Military City, which is the world’s biggest war bunker, a vast partly underground command hub spanning 1,500 acres, set to be operational by 2027. Designed to shield leaders from nuclear and AI-enabled attacks. Similar global centres include the US NMCC, Russia's NDMC, and India's IACCS, all enabling rapid, multi-domain military decisions.
