Allahabad High Court said, "It is...a very sad state of affairs where courts are overburdened...and several learned counsel don't assist the court fairly...to the best of their ability." The observation came while hearing a woman’s plea seeking speedy disposal of her maintenance case pending before the Family Court in Bahraich against her husband. The hearing dates back to September 16.
