Videos from the Philippines have emerged online, showing panic-stricken people after the country was struck by a 7.6 magnitude earthquake on Friday. A video showed people cowering as debris flies in a building before the lights go off. Another video showed people, including patients in wheelchairs and children, evacuating a medical centre and coming on to the streets.
