US President Donald Trump has moved to shut down US Agency for International Development (USAID)- a US government organisation responsible for carrying out foreign aid programmes around the world. It may impact several projects in India, including those linked to energy security, affordable healthcare for poor, access to clean water and sanitation, education and literacy rates, etc.
