Counsel representing Sandeep Kaur, wife of Finance Ministry official who died after his motorcycle was hit by a BMW in Delhi, has told court that accused Gaganpreet Kaur failed to ensure prompt medical aid to victims. "If you drive a car worth a crore of rupees, you'll be safe...but you've to ensure...help is...provided to those you've hit," the lawyer said.
