The grandson of late South African president and activist Nelson Mandela, Mandla Mandela, returned to Johannesburg after being detained for six days and deported by Israel. He was aboard Global Sumud Flotilla, along with Swedish activist Greta Thunberg. While being greeted with Palestinian flags at airport, he said, "We were handcuffed with cable ties...taken off our boats...and paraded for all."
