The National Medical Commission (NMC) has approved 62 new PG medical seats across six government medical colleges in Odisha for 2025-26, including VIMSAR, SCB, PGIMER, PRM, FM, and Bhima Bhoi Medical Colleges. The move aims to strengthen medical education and healthcare infrastructure across the state, especially in western Odisha.
